OCLS One-on-One Special Needs Support Program

Every child is unique. Every child deserves personalized care.

Ottawa Chinese Language School (OCLS) offers a One-on-One Special Needs Support Program for children with special educational needs, developmental differences or a need for additional attention and support. The program brings together personalized learning, life skills and physical activity.

We believe every child has a unique potential and their own pace of development.

With one teacher or coach supporting one child, we tailor activities to the child's interests, abilities, developmental characteristics and family needs.

Our goal extends beyond knowledge and sports skills: we help children develop everyday skills, independence and confidence in a safe, caring and enjoyable environment.

We also recognize the time and energy involved in caring for a child with additional needs. Flexible one-on-one sessions aim to offer parents valuable respite time while providing children with opportunities to learn and grow.
